Blessing Anya Hutchinson

Founder & International Director

A Psychological crisis consultant, Mental health matters advocate and Holistic Resilience Coach, and research Psychologist, a trauma counselor, an advocate for human and Child rights Protection, anti-human trafficking advocate, a gender-based anti-violence activist, and a motivational speaker.


Vanishree Abrahams

National Director

Holds an Honours Degree in Training and Development, High School Educator and Writer of articles and creative pieces. She is particularly interested in learning and development with mentoring as the core focus. She is an advocate for human rights. Founding member of “Every face has a beautiful story” and believes that listening and telling stories is both encouraging and therapeutic.


Mpho Mputle

Public Relations Secretary

A university graduate, currently working at Ntha Property as a financial administrator and also as an activist for GBV. Launched my book last year under the Dept of community safety about the abusive life I've gone through, the motive was to educate most women out there who are going through what I've gone through.

Maryam Abdulhamid

IT Consultant

Maryam has a heart of gold and unbridle enthusiasm. This can be traced back to her secondary school years when she acted as a moral advisor to her fellow students. As a married woman, Maryam has demonstrated an exemplary resilience to her academic goals. She obtained a Masters degree from the prestigious Wits University in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication are philosophies that Maryam strives for in all aspects of her life.

Michaela Marshall

Chairperson of The Board

Having been born into a German family. I grew up between, Germany, Nigeria, and South Africa. I have always been an entrepreneur, and have owned small businesses. My heart has always been for children and youth and I am privileged to be working for an NPO called Home-Base where I manage the running of the organization in Johannesburg.

Home-Base falls under African Havens and provides housing, tertiary education funding, and mentorship to vulnerable youth after they have left the orphanages where they have grown up.


Ross Howard

Deputy Chairperson

He grew up in music and theatre in Durban and after school joined Youth With A Mission. After 7.5 years in missions and studying a B.A. in Biblical Studies through the University Of The Nations, Ross returned to Durban to work in the local church as Missions Pastor and to develop his musical career. With a call in his heart to impact society using the arts, Ross moved to Johannesburg in 2007 and in 2009 started a music school Ross Howard Music.


Martha Chauke

General Secretary

I have experience over sixteen years’ experience in various positions in the NGO sector. I have experience in all three areas of social Auxiliary work practice casework, group work and community work. I’m currently working as a Program Director at Dobsonville Human Rights Advice Centre and Employed as a Family Justice officer at the Gauteng Department of Community Safety. In my current role, I provide psychosocial support to survivors of gender-based violence and Human Trafficking.


Molefi Seqhala

Deputy Secretary

Is a South African, who typifies an absolute resilience after passing through the rough texture of locked-up life trials. Against all odds, he slithered to become a successful entrepreneur, a preacher of the Word of God, a music artist, music producer, and songwriter. This, however, is not limited to his work as a radio presenter and content producer at Cosmo FM, in the city of Johannesburg.

Asha Dullabh

Board Member

Asha Dullabh is an integrative holistic thinking Clinical Psychologist with 15years of experience working in private practice, within corporates, schools, and communities. She runs a multidisciplinary private practice in Claremont under the name of Therapy SMART (Supportive Multidisciplinary Assessments Remediation and Therapy) and has recently started practicing in Somerset West.  She has gone online for consults and consults with many all over the globe.



Anne Abok- Nigeria

A passionate itinerant speaker, ontological leader, media trainer, and accredited facilitator with the South African qualification framework. She is certified by the Radio Netherlands Training Centre and a fellow of Global Freedom Exchange.  In addition to being a member of the Commonwealth SDG, she is also a Communication faculty member at the University of the Nations. Anne is also the Director of Development at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, Nigeria  and Mozail Institute, United Kingdom


Andreas Ficker- Germany

Andreas Ficker is on the team of IFB as a job coach. A Postgraduate student Mùnster University, Germany on the departments of Physics and Theology. He is a humanitarian who has a heart for Africa.


Mr. & Mrs. Wiggins- USA/Nigeria

Walking in the mission is duly registered with the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission as an NGO. We work with the internally displaced persons by providing them with life’s basic needs and providing them with skills that will help them stabilize.


We are in partnership with other organizations to provide free medical support to the less privileged and children. The leadership and mentoring conference gives the youth and teenagers a platform to find their purpose. Mentors are drawn from their communities to help sponsor and pay for their tuition.


Dr. Carrie Pemberton Ford- UK

A British, Director of the Centre and developing the research programs and projects which the Centre pursues is Dr. Pemberton Ford who established the Centre in 2008 and has been building its affiliate network over the last 10 years.

A popular speaker, (Ted X University of Cambridge 2018),  and prolific author, with numerous policy evaluation and strategic direction papers submitted to a range of enforcement, International, Governmental and non-governmental Organisations,  Dr. Ford lectures widely in the UK and internationally.


Joshua Uzochukwu Ibeh- Nigeria

Joseph Uzochukwu Ibeh is a Pan-Africanist and advocates for Peaceful Coexistence with a B.A Degree in History and International Relations from the University, a Certificate in Strategic Management from the Institute of Strategic Management, a certificate in the Foundation of Documentary Production from the Activate Centralized Empowerment U.S.A.


Maryanne Moghalu- USA/Nigeria

A lawyer and social entrepreneur, who is the Executive Director of the Isaac Moghalu Foundation that the Moghalu family established in 2005 in memory of the family patriarch Isaac Moghalu. IMOF supports educational institutions and disadvantaged children and youth with educational infrastructure such as libraries as well as scholarships. The Foundation was inaugurated at Nnewi in December 2005 by Gen. Yakubu Gowon, a former Head of State of Nigeria.


Fatsuma Sizwe Alijoda- Nigeria/SA

A businesswoman with a heart for woman empowerment and youth development. One of who serves as an advisory board member at HRG.
