MENTAL HEALTH TABLE
In order to effectively achieve HRG’s mission, six tenets were created and coined as MEPPSS (Mental, Emotional, Psychological, Physical, Social, and Spiritual) Resilience, which is a coherent strategy for holistic resilience.
MEPPSS RESILIENCE stands for Mental Resilience, Emotional resilience, psychological resilience, physical resilience, social resilience, and spiritual resilience.
FELLOWSHIP OF RESILIENT LEADERS
Fellow of Resilient Leaders (FRL) is an award and fellowship granted by International Resilient Organization. It is awarded to individuals who have shown integrity and humanity and who have distinguished themselves by demonstrating their commitment towards the success of Mental Health and Lifestyle in various communities around the world. They are also deemed to have made a "Substantial contribution to the development and promotion of health care, health education, psychotherapy and Counselling" by society/their communities.
This Fellowship is considered one of the most important awards given to distinguished persons for their contribution to propagating core values, research, education, and counseling in Global Mental Health matters.
It is a significant honor which is awarded to many eminent Pan-African and global leaders’ resident all over the world. From 2020, there will be about 20 recipients annually (Fellows, and Honorary Members).
In the future, this can be described as the “equivalent of a lifetime achievement in clinical and practical mental health care, psychotherapy, mental health advocacy, mental health care philanthropist, and mental health practice” with several institutions, countries, and communities celebrating their announcement annually.

• Main Fellowships
• Fellow of Resilience Leaders (FMHL)
• Honorary Fellow of Resilience Leaders (HonFMHL)
Fellows can use post-nominal names upon attaining and receiving the Fellowship.
